It's the most beautiful time of the year, the nightingale is clapping, the nights are white and the warm sun is shining during the day!
Chef Silver prepared a very appetizing menu, taking everything into account. We are waiting to enjoy 22.05 - 1.06.
Appetizer: Asparagus, edamame, gruyere
2. Appetizer: Hamachi, jalapeno, cucumber, tiger's milk
3. Main course: Veal fillet, wild cauliflower, chanterelle mushroom, spring onion, cider sauce
4. Dessert: Morel, mascarpone, dark chocolate
The price of the menu is 75 euros and it includes water, coffee and tea in addition to 4 courses and fresh homemade bread. There are still places for a few days!
